Apple executives testified on the findings of a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Subcommittee on Investigations report that showed how subsidiary Apple companies in Ireland allowed the corporation to avoid paying U.S. taxes on some of its profits.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew testified on the recently approved Financial Stability Oversight Council's (FSOC) annual report. In addition to questions about the FSOC report, Secretary Lew discussed the IRS' scrutiny of non-profit groups.
