Representatives from non-profit organizations testified on the use of dispersants in the clean up of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Among the topics they addressed were the effects on the environment, wildlife, and the health of clean up workers. The hearing was joined as Chairman Mikulski was introducing witnesses.
