Witnesses testified about a Nuclear Regulatory Commission report that found the commission’s chair, Gregory Jaczko, had withheld information from other commissioners in order to stop work on the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository. The report was also critical of Mr. Jaczko’s management style, but in the end did not accuse the chairman of violating any laws. close
