Jack Johnson, a state attorney in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and Randy Ireson a representative of the Glen Mills School in Pennsylvania participated in a discussion with Kevin Neal of the Close Up Foundation about the increasing problem youth crime. A growing percentage of minors were committing crimes and the guests attempted offer suggestions as to the cause and solutions for the cure.
