Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius spoke to reporters about the release of the proposed fiscal year 2011 federal budget. The Health and Human Services budget would increase by $1.7 billion, to $81.3 billion in 2011. Secretary Sebelius talked about priorities for the agency and the Obama administration in health care. Some of the priorities include increased spending in the National Institutes of Health, community health care centers, rebuilding public health infrastructure, and food safety programs. close
