Senator Kennedy addressed the current problems of the health care system, and the major federal reforms that are required to sufficiently address the growing inadequacies of the system which hurts the most vulnerable citizens- those in poor health. He talked about the way reforms should take place and then necessary steps to enact good legislation. Senator Kennedy said, “It is clearer than ever that to fully address the range of health care problems in our system, we must do so in a comprehensive, not a piecemeal way.” close
