The Wyoming Senate Debate was shown between Senator John Barrasso and Nick Carter. Senator Barrasso was appointed by Wyoming Governor Freudenthal to fill the Senate seat left vacated by the late Sen. Thomas in 2007. A special election was called in 2008 to fill the final 4 years of the Senate term.
