The panelists included Joseph Cirincione, author of Nuclear Nightmares: Securing the World Before It Is Too Late, Greg Treverton, author of Making Policy in the Shadow of the Future, and Jerrold Green, research professor of communication and business at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism. The panel was moderated by Scott Kraft, deputy managing editor at the Los Angeles Times.

“Current Events: World in Crisis” was a panel from the 2014 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, and took place at the Davidson Continuing Education Center on the Campus of the University of Southern California. close
