Two reporters talked about their experiences working for the New York Times, their mariage and its affect on the work environment, and assignments they had undertaken over the years. They also talked about their impressions as White House correspondents and their impressions of President Bush and Condoleezza Rice. They also answered questions from the audience.

Steve Weisman, had been the chief diplomatic correspondent, and was currently serving as an international economic correspondent for the New York Times. Elisabeth Bumiller, a former White House correspondent, was on leave to write a biography of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. close
