Following introductions by New York State Court of Appeals Chief Justice, Judith Kaye and Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsburg, former U.S. attorney, Roxanne Barton Conlin, delivered the Ginsburg Lecture on Women and the Law. She discussed her efforts to obtain justice for women, and talked specifically about a number of her cases. Among the issues she addressed were sexual harassment, medical malpractice, domestic violence, and negligence. close
