Mr. Wolens filed a class action suit on behalf of other frequent flyers on American Airlines sued the company for losses from a change in the frequent flyer policy. The airline began to limit seats on certain heavily-travelled for people using frequent flyer trips. The company appealed to the Supreme Court.
