Bryce Culhane talked about one of the high school section third prize-winning videos, Same Sex Marriage, that he produced with Bryant Hunter, a fellow 12th-grade student at Union High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was interviewed by telephone from the C-SPAN newsroom by Erin Patton.
