President-Elect Obama held a whistle-stop rally in Tubman Garrett Riverfront Park next to the Wilmington Station, where he stopped during his inaugural rail journey to be joined by Vice President-Elect Joe Biden and his family. He spoke to the crowd about the challenges ahead and called on Americans join him in perfecting the Union.
