George Michael talked about his book, Willis Carto and the American Far Right, his critical biography of radical right-wing activist and Liberty Lobby founder Willis Carto. Carto, publisher of Spotlight magazine (now called the American Free Press), has inspired people like Timothy McVeigh, William Pierce (author of The Turner Diaries), and others on the radical right. George Michael was able to get rare access to Willis Carto for the book. Following his remarks, Professor Michael responded to audience members' questions.
