Stephen Kinzer talked about his book, A Thousand Hills: Rwanda’s Rebirth and the Man Who Dreamt It, published by Wiley. The book is about the life of Paul Kagame, the Rwandan rebel leader whose army is credited with ending the genocide in Rwanda in the mid-1990s. Mr. Kagame became the first democratically elected president of Rwanda in 1993. Following his remarks Mr. Kinzer responded to questions from the audience.
