Karen Mills opened the program, speaking about the tools available through the Small Business Administration (SBA) to help small businesses grow and succeed. Other topics in the panel discussion included what else government can do to assist, access to credit and capital, and the high cost of providing health and retirement benefits to employees. The panelists answered questions from audience members at the end of the program. close
