James Schlesinger, chairman of the Secretary of Defense's Task Force on Nuclear Weapons Management, talked about the findings and recommendations of the second task force report on improvements for management of nuclear matters. While the first report focused on the Air Force, the focus of this report was on the entire Department of Defense. He and other officials answered questions from reporters.
