In their first news conference since forming the Committee on Nuclear Policy, committee members briefed reporters on its goals and ways to achieve them and the projects on which they are working. The committee is a coalition of national security experts advocating reductions in nuclear weapons in ways that do not threaten U.S. or international security. They took questions from the audience afterwards. close
