Protesters held a rally and march in St. Paul on the opening day of the Republican National Convention in front of the Minnesota State Capitol Building. Then the protesters marched to the site of the convention and back to the Capitol. The event was organized by the Coalition to March on the RNC and Stop the War. Speakers included hip hop artist Son of Nun; members of Code Pink; George Martin, United for Peace and Justice Co-Chairman; and other activists. close
