History writers and Internet journalists talked about online debate on Civil War history and their role in fostering conversation about the Civil War. Topics included academic credibility and accuracy, online interactions with readers, the Internet as a tool for public education, and challenges facing researchers writing for Internet audiences. They responded to questions from the audience.
