General Clark talked about his book, Waging Modern War, published by PublicAffairs. General Clark commanded NATO forces in Kosovo in 1999 and his book is an account of how the troops actually fought the war. He said that the way the situation was handled in Kosovo is indicative of how war will be waged in the decades to come. Former Ambassador Rohatyn moderated the session and after the presentation Mr. Clark answered questions from members of the audience.
