Scholar and political activist W.E.B. Du Bois (1868-1963) was one of the principle founders of the NAACP. Bill Grimmette portrayed him on stage in costume talking about the life and accomplishments. He answered questions from the students in the audience.

“W.E.B. DuBois, A Living History Presentation” was a program of the Maryland Humanities Council. It was held May 22, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at the Maryland Historical Society in Baltimore. close
