They described the campaign as a voter registration, voter education, and get out the vote effort. After the news conference, the officials responded to questions from reporters. Then Ms. Malveaux moderated a panel discussion about issues of concern to the African-American community. Following opening remarks, panelists responded to additional audience questions. close
