Mr. Ignatieff spoke about his book Virtual War: Kosovo and Beyond, published by Metropolitan Books. The book explores the ethical, moral, and philosophical questions raised by the war in the former Yugoslavia. In the book he puts special emphasis on the ramifications of waging a war that involves very limited casualties and collateral damage in a seemingly just and moral cause.
