U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice spoke to reporters and answered questions about ongoing violence and civil war in Libya. Noting the levels of violence and recent statements by the Libyan leader, she said Moammar Qadhafi was "delusional" "unfit to lead." She also praised what she described as an "unusual and important" sense of urgency in the U.N. Security Council's response to the crisis in Libya.
