North Korean Foreign Affairs Vice Minister Pak Kil-yon addressed the United Nations General Assembly. He responded to a recent U.N. human rights investigation into the conditions in North Korea and said there were “double standards” and “politicization” in the investigation that needed to end. He said that the DPRK was making every effort in peaceful negotiations and added that the U.S. should end all “hostile policies.”
