Rep. Weiner will deliver a letter to the White House requesting a formal apology for allegations of White House vandalism by outgoing Clinton staffers. 
He and Mr. Donoghue talked with reporters about damaged reputations of the staffers and about the new General Accounting Office which discounts the allegations.
