Two attorneys not connected with the case analyzed the arguments in yesterday's Supreme Court case regarding the $2.5 billion dollar reduced award of punitive damages against Exxon in the Exxon Valdez oil spill nineteen years ago. Jonathan Hacker supported the Exxon position. Colette Routel opposed the Exxon position.
