Mr. Eggers talked about his book Government 2.0: Using Technology to Improve Education, Cut Red Tape, Reduce Gridlock, and Enhance Democracy, published by Rowman and Littlefield. In the book he studied the effect of technology on public policy, examining the ways in which the digital revolution had transformed government and politics and how easy access provided by technology enriched life and society in the U.S. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
