President Bush and President Kwesniewski spoke to reporters in the East Room of the White House. Among the issues they addressed were U.S. Poland relations and the future of NATO. President Bush also answered questions about Vice President Cheney’s investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission for business practices while at the Halliburton corporation, as well as the creation of the Department of Homeland Security.
