Pakistani Foreign Secretary Riaz Mohammad Khan talked about the strained relationship between the U.S. and Pakistan. He spoke about the history of the relationship, U.S. foreign aid to Pakistan, military cooperation, and the impact of U.S. operations that resulted in the killing of Osama bin Laden in Pakistan.
