French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner talked about the role of the United States, France, and Europe in world affairs and challenges facing the international community. Near the beginning of his remarks several protestors were removed from the audience.

Minister Kouchner, also the founder of Doctors Without Borders, delivered his address in French with constant English translation, and then answered questions in English. close
