The vice president talked about working with President Bush, including addressing urgent domestic policy, Medicare, tax relief, and other topics. He also talked about foreign policy issues such as the Iraq War and rebuilding that country, Libya, the September 11 attacks, fighting terrorism, the Department of Homeland Security, and Afghanistan. After his remarks the vice president answered audience members' questions.
