Following a meeting between Australian and U.S. officials, Secretary of State Colin Powell, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and Australian Foreign Affairs Minister Alexander Downer spoke to reporters about a number of issues including U.S.-Australia cooperation, efforts to combat terrorism, potential action against Iraq, and security threats in the Far East.
