Democratic presidential nominee Governor Bill Clinton responded to questions from correspondents and editors during an editorial board meeting of “USA Today.” Seated before a small circle of correspondents, Gov. Clinton discussed the priorities of his campaign, his foreign policy experience, and other issues in the 1992 presidential race including health care and his record on civil rights and economic issues.
