Chief executive officers Randall Stephenson of AT&T and Jeffrey Bewkes of Time Warne, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, and other telecommunications experts testified at a hearing on possible ramifications of AT&T’s plans to buy Time Warner.
