Attorney General Gonzales and other officials spoke to reporters about an indictment charging 50 members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) with importing more than $25 billion dollars worth of cocaine into the United States and other countries. It was the largest narcotics-trafficking indictment ever filed in U.S. history. Following their remarks they answered questions from the reporters. close
