The panelists discussed building trading partnerships between corporations and the minority community. Mr. Brendsel mentioned the spirit of the conference which is building bridges and linking the haves with the have-nots. Ms. Alvarez talked about minority-owned businesses and the phenomenal rate in which they are growing and she explained the importance of the market that exists in the minority population.
