Steve Clemons talked about the Obama Administration’s policies toward Pakistan and Afghanistan, and he responded to telephone calls and electronic mail. He also discussed yesterday’s testimony from General David Petraeus, commander of the U.S. Central Command, and Defense Secretary for Policy Michele Flournoy before the Senate Armed Services Committee. 

The program began with clips of statements made by Senators Carl Levin and Lindsey Graham the previous day at the Armed Forces Committee hearing on U.S. policy toward Afghanistan and Pakistan.
