Kenneth Osgood talked about his book Total Cold War: Eisenhower's Secret Propaganda Battle at Home and Abroad, published by University Press of Kansas. The book chronicles President Dwight Eisenhower's use of propaganda and use of psychological programs at the height of the Cold War to shape domestic and international public opinion and fight communism. He responded to questions from members of the audience.
