Oklahoma Republican Senator Tom Coburn spoke to a crowd of around 150 constituents and answered questions at Tulsa Community College. He talked about the country’s budget problems. Senator Coburn, who said at the event that he will not run for reelection in 2016, was on the Senate Finance Committee and also a member of the Senate “Gang of Six” who had worked to negotiate a deal on the federal deficit.
