Three authors who have written or edited books on the U.S. Supreme Court held a roundtable discussion. Among the topics they discussed were the upcoming confirmation hearings for Judge Samuel Alito, the judicial calendar of the Supreme Court under Chief Justice John Roberts, the legacy of Chief Justice William Rehnquist, and the history and politics of Supreme Court appointments.

Professor Bradley and Mr. Tomlins participated by remote video feed. The program included video footage of other authors who have written about the Supreme Court including Mark Levin, the author of Men in Black: How the Supreme Court is Destroying America, published by Regnery Publishing; Michael Comiskey, the author of Seeking Justices: The Judging of Supreme Court Nominees, published by the University Press of Kanasas; and Kevin Ring, the author of Scalia Dissents: Writings of the Supreme Court’s Wittiest, Most Outspoken Justice, published by Regnery Publishing, Inc.
