Mr. Paris talked about his book Song of Haiti, published by Public Affairs Books. The book chronicles the story of William Larimer Mellon, Jr., an American doctor and the member of the famous Mellon family who founded and administered a hospital in one of the most economically deprived areas of the Western hemisphere. Following his prepared remarks, he took questions from the audience.
