Former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay and Jack Quinn, former White House counsel to President Bill Clinton, talked about the key issues facing the new administration and the 111th Congress. These issues included the role of lobbyists in President Obama’s administration, public financing of campaigns, tax policy, and partisanship in politics. The panelists answered questions from the audience. Roll Call television host Robert Traynham moderated.
