Brian Ross talked about his book The Madoff Chronicles: Inside the Secret World of Bernie and Ruth (Hyperion; September 29, 2009). As chief investigative correspondent for ABC News, Brian Ross started investigating the greatest financial fraud in history when Bernie Madoff was arrested on December 11, 2008, for stealing fifty billion dollars. Included in the book are details of the relationship between Bernard L. Madoff and his wife Ruth, their motivations, the other people involved, and the contents of “Bernie’s little black book” which Mr. Ross obtained from Mr. Madoff’s secretary.
He was interviewed at the 32nd Annual National Press Club Book Fair and Authors' Night, a fundraiser for the Eric Friedheim National Journalism Library held Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
