Francis Collins talked about his book, The Language of God: A Scientist Presents Evidence for Belief, published by Free Press. Dr. Collins, a scientist, described his conversion from atheism to Christianity, saying that science is enhanced by God because God makes all scientific advances possible. After his presentation he responded to audience members' questions. 

At this event he was introduced by fellow scientist and author Kay Redfield Jamison.
