Mr. Scott discussed his book The Jurisprudence of Clarence Thomas. The book looks at the first five years of his tenure on the Supreme Court, and examines how his views affect the future of the Court. Mr. Scott stated that most scholars consider the Thomas decisions as extreme and his views against affirmative action have caused many to call for his resignation.
