Judge Alice Batchelder spoke at the Seventh Annual Robert E. Henderson Constitution Day Lecture about “The Judiciary: Having Neither Force Nor Will, but Merely Judgement.” She discussed the role of the judiciary and activist judges as part of Constitution Day activities.
