This forum was hosted by Concord Coalition, which supported efforts towards a balanced federal budget, and was founded by former Senators Paul Tsongas, D-MA, and Warren Rudman, R-NH. The participants addressed the Citizens Council, the lobbying arm of the Concord Coalition. close
