James Bevill spoke on the “Behind the Battle: Financing the Texas Revolution” at a symposium on the 175th anniversary of the Texas Revolution. The Texas Revolution was an armed conflict fought from October 1835 to April 1836 between Mexico and U.S. settlers in the territory of Texas. He used slides during his presentation and then responded to questions from members of the audience.
